Note the replacement of お with わ in the negative reply
１	あんこお食べますか？
２	あんこわ食べません。？
Negative of です
１	それわチョコレートですか？
２	いいえ、チョコレートでわありません。

でわありません is often replaced by じゃありません or even じゃないです. However, the more carefully polite でわございます is not so contracted.
